On Saturdays, my focus is on relaxation and self-care. I enjoy diving into some OTT entertainment, catching up on sleep, having cozy movie nights with my family, and carving out an essential me-time. It’s my perfect way to recharge and appreciate life’s little joys. Solitude has been crucial for my personal growth, helping me clarify my goals and deepen my self-understanding. . I’ve recently come to truly appreciate this phase.
Sundays, however, are about getting organized and prepared. I tidy up around the house, do meal prepping, and make sure everything is set for a smooth week ahead. Using some time on the weekend to prep for the week ahead has become my new mantra for a stress-free week. Give it a try if you haven’t already!
